How to Pay Meralco Bill Online Using Credit Card

Paying our Meralco bill is now easier, convenient, and time-saving with your BPI credit card. You need to enroll in first your account at Meralco Online.  Please note that paying the electric bill using a credit card has an additional convenience fee.  However, if you have a savings account at BPI, you can also use this another available payment option without a fee by enrolling the merchant in your account.  A separate blog post will be posted to guide you on how to register or sign-up and create a new account in Meralco website.

Step 1.  Login to Meralco Online

Logon to your Meralco account using your email address and password.

Step 2.  Viewing your Meralco bill

To View Bills, go to Bills & Payments tab then Bills Summary.  Your current due will appear.  Click on the “Pay Now” button.

Step 3.  Selecting payment option

Click on the dropdown arrow and select Credit Card.  Your Payment Summary will appear showing the Convenient fee of PHP 47.00

Step 4.  Verifying Credit Card Payment

To verify credit card payment, wait for the OTP (One-Time PIN code with  6 digit numbers) that will be sent as a text message to your mobile number.

Step 5.  Success Payment Confirmation

Confirmation of successful online payment transactions will appear thru Paymaya.  You will also receive an email copy of the successful transaction for your record keeping.

Other Authorized Payment Channels

Your electric bill has its unique Meralco Reference No. / ATM Reference No. so you can pay online through your other preferred banks aside from BPI (Bancnet, BDO, Chinabank, HSBC, Metrobank, PNB, RCBC, UCPB, and UnionBank) or our other payment partners (Bayad Center, Paymaya, GCash, c‌oins‌.ph, etc).
